The outdoor swimming pool was surrounded by vibrant gardens. My room had a fine view right over the pool, and the comfortable bed made for a perfect night's sleep.

It was a beautiful and absolutely great hotel in a pretty nice area, close to main square which is always nice to get something to eat or buy supplies as well as jungle. Our room was functional and perfectly clean, available with big comfortable bed and balcony and water. Very kind and nice staff, gave a lot of tourist information. The location was good and marvellous, a 10-15 minute walk from Canal Piratas:)))

Central location of this great budget hotel was a bonus.

Positive, Great location just a few minutes walk from the lagoon. The King Room was spacious and clean with excellent housekeeping. Breakfast had lots of tasty options, and the pool was surrounded by beautiful gardens. They also offered parking, super convenient 🌴

Stunningly beautiful place, I enjoyed courteous personnel.

The room was impeccably clean and huge with a clean bathroom and views of garden. The location was marvellous, walking distance to all interests. Also, National Show Center was 4 km away from the hotel🙂

The only drawback was the lack of pool towels, which would enhance the experience. The rooftop terrace, though somewhat neglected, was still a great spot for sunbathing. A pleasant option for a short getaway.

The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Bacalar.

Unfortunately, I faced a few irritating issues. The air conditioner in my room was leaking onto the bed. I reported this to the staff, but their response was lackluster, as they just acknowledged it without any follow-up. The bathroom felt too basic and had a significant number of gnats, which detracted from my overall experience.

How it stacks up, my honest take

The spacious King Room was a delight, with a comfy bed and a well-functioning AC. The pool area surrounded by beautiful gardens offered perfect relaxation after a day of exploring. Plus, the location is ideal, only a 5-minute stroll to the lagoon. Definitely a great find!

Our stay was awesome with a cool rooftop pool and a delicious breakfast that included fresh fruit and eggs. The outdoor lounging spots offered great opportunities to chill after a long day of exploring. I did notice the curtains in our room didn't fully block the light, but that didn’t really take away from our experience. 🌞

The hotel has two pools and comfy loungers by them. The curtains were too short.

Booked a room with air conditioning at this place with a great location, making it easy to walk to a museum and a castle nearby.

The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed and a balcony.

The room was clean with a lovely view. The hotel has a really ideal location near the lake and a fantastic restaurant. Housekeeping was attentive and breakfast options were good.

Managing the shower tap temperature was tricky, and the staff could be more engaging at times.

Central Location for Nightlife 🎉 the room we stayed in had a nice decoration and came with everything we needed, including a comfy bed. It was a great spot for hitting up the local parties.
